I took this photo in the Summer of 2015. My family had decided to go travelling: as both my brothers and I had an extended Summer due to having finished our exams.
If you decide to do this week’s challenge also, let me know; I’d love to see all your amazing photos!
This is my very first baking post so I’m just going to see where this goes!
Now, I love baking but I haven’t had the chance to make anything in quite some time. It was my friends birthday a couple of weeks ago and so I grabbed that excuse with both hands! You should probably know however, that I have a tendency not to use recipes… Which honestly isn’t the best idea but, it usually ends up that way even when I intend to use one!
Happy Tea Tuesday!
I have been spending all of this evening writing letters and learning lines and so by it’s very nature it demands a cup of tea as accompaniment! I thought I might as well take a moment to write about it as I take a break, since I decided to try a tea I haven’t gotten around to yet.
So, today I went for the ‘Afternoon Tea’ which is a fairly well known one, but I hadn’t tried it before; I thought why not give it a go? Aannnndd it’s from my Alice in Wonderland set which I’m utterly in love with!
One’s time, like a constellation, Burns bright.
We walk through your Golden Gardens, Once, twice,
Hints of Autumn air consume from great heights.
Together. Against the rain turned to Ice.
Though it yields; there’s still blue skies and starred nights.
Like a habit my reflection blinks back:
Now known, your essence, the song will ne’er lack.
Hello and happy Tuesday!
I absolutely love tea – I would not have gotten through my A – Levels without a good cup of tea every now and then, so much so, that it has become a little know fact about me amongst my friends. Since then I have accumulated a vast tea stash and I want to try some new types. So, I thought I might try a series of tea tasting!
(ANNNNDD if nothing else its just a really, really good excuse to have a cup of tea!)
